Your placement of an order at the Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
AUTOPREP's return and refund policy is set forth below. Important: there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products. Be sure you understand these limitation before placement of an order at the Website.

The Website sells products to end user customers only and subject to the End User License Agreement (“EULA”). You may not purchase products for resale. AUTOPREP reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if AUTOPREP suspects you are purchasing for resale.

Electronic Software Downloads
Software products purchased from the Website will only be shipped via download from the Website. At the time of checkout, AUTOPREP will first obtain an authorization from the credit card or PayPal account you have provided the Website, and once that authorization has been received, will email you a unique ID and a link so you can begin downloading your software. If your credit card company does not provide a prompt authorization to charge your card, AUTOPREP will send you separate instructions for completing your purchase and download at a later time.
If your connection to the Website is interrupted in any way during download, you can use your ID and password to begin the downloading process again. The AUTOPREP software can only be downloaded once per purchase. If you experience a problem downloading the software, contact AUTOPREP Support for assistance. Once you complete your download, AUTOPREP will send you an email acknowledging your purchase.
AUTOPREP will charge sales tax for downloaded software purchases if local law in the jurisdiction where you reside requires AUTOPREP to do so.

Payment Methods
AUTOPREP accepts PayPal and most major credit cards associated with a billing address within the United States and most United States territories. AUTOPREP will require the credit card security code for your card to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card number by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed, depending on the type of card, on the face of your card above the embossed account number or on the back of your card, on the signature panel.
When you provide the Website with your card information, AUTOPREP will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, including sales tax when applicable, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. AUTOPREP will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your PayPal account until your order ships.

Sales Tax
As noted above, in addition to the price of your purchase, AUTOPREP will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The acknowledgment of your purchase you will be sent will include the final amount charged, including any applicable sales tax.

Tax-Exempt Orders
As all orders are processed on-line, AUTOPREP does not accept any state or federal tax-exemption certificates.

Prices
Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax. AUTOPREP reserves the right to change prices for products on the Website at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the Website. AUTOPREP reserves the right not to complete an order for a product that has been incorrectly priced.
